Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, call us for shipping instructions and return it within 30 days of the sale date for full credit. You must contact our Customer Service department for confirmation, shipping instructions and an RMA number prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Items with custom artwork, imprints or are otherwise customized are not returnable, unless the problem is due to our error.

All orders are shipped FOB unless otherwise specified. A handling charge has been added to shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Orders will ship UPS Ground. If you need your order faster please contact us about shipping Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. 

Edge Glued orders ship within 2 business days after proof approval. If no proof is required, orders will ship 2 business days after order is processed.
Booked orders may take up to 5 business days to ship after proof approval. If no proof is required, orders will ship within 5 business days after order is processed.

If an order is received after 4:30 PM CST it will processed the following business day.

Your order may ship ahead of time.
